What we collect
- Account info: email, sign-in provider.
- Library content: TikTok URLs you add, audio files derived from them, titles, covers, and your playlists.
- Usage: track plays and basic event logs to make the product work.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
How we use it
- To run the Service (store and play your library, sync across devices).
- To improve the product and fix bugs.
- To send transactional email (receipts, account notices).
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (hosting, database, payment processor, AI provider for transcripts/tagging when you're on Pro).
Your choices
- Delete tracks or your whole account anytime from your account page.
- Cancel Pro from your account page; we keep your library for 30 days.
- Request a data export — email privacy@zoned.app.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for sign-in. No third-party advertising trackers on the core app.
Children
Zoned is not for users under 13.
