2. What Zoned does
Zoned lets you save publicly available TikTok audio for personal, background playback. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
3. Your account
You must be 13 or older. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Only save audio you have the right to listen to.
- Don't redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast saved audio.
- Don't try to disrupt the Service or other users.
5. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account. Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
6. Content & DMCA
Zoned stores third-party audio at your direction. Rights holders can submit takedown notices — see our DMCA policy.
7. Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoned is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
